Ceramic object 3D printed using black sibelco clay. Unglazed. It is a print of a statue of a child I 3D scanned on Lopud Island, Croatia. At once looking very artificial but also like it could be a natural rock formation? The statue stands 20cm tall and has a hand-finished base.

The shape is based on a series of hallucinated glyphs created through a back-and-forth creative process with various image generation tools. Randomness was introduced into the plotter code to shake the nozzle, causing the bumped surface texture. 12cm x 9cm.
